Island Boba is looking to hire energetic team members who thrive in fast paced fun environments. We do not require server experience, but more so Customer Service and providing a great hospitable experience, mandatory. Everything you need to know, we will love to teach you.
We expect all our team members to be fun, kind, punctual, and genuine. The ability to multi-task is an absolute must. Willing to train if you are willing to learn.
Our drinks are very unique and different from any other ‘Boba’ experience or ‘Vibe’
We will be building an absolute strong and unforgettable team culture, if you’re not a team player, willing to have fun, and overall outgoing enough to greet and meet new people everyday, we may not be the best fit for you.
